Room For Rent on EZ Property

Paperwork

Renting a room is usually less formal than renting a whole unit. However, we strongly encourage you to request for a sub-letting agreement or a similar document. This document should at least include the name of the lessor, the address of the premises, the agreed monthly rental price, the agreed deposit (if any), the start date, and the procedure to break the agreement.

For your reference, here is how the binding contract for a rental looks like: the Tenancy Agreement (sometimes refered as TA).
