This website is owned by EZ Property Network ("we" or "us"), a business registered in Singapore. In order to keep our costs low, you agree to give us the right to permanently delete your ads (and any IP content associated with it) six (6) months or more after they expired.
You also agree to give us the right to terminate your account without notice if it has been inactive for one (1) year or more. Each time you log into your account is considered activity. Termination of your account will mean deletion of all the ads you created and IP content associated with them. Your username will be released and available for other users to choose from.
In case you miss-categorize an ad, we reserve the right to re-classify it without notice, e.g. a room rental in a shared flat that has been posted in the "For rent" category will be re-classified to "Room for rent".
If we (in our sole discretion) believe that you are in breach, or will be in breach, of any of these Terms of Use, we reserve our right to deny you access to this website without reason and/or without further reference to you.
We have compiled this website in good faith, but no representation is made or warranty given (either expressed or implied) as to the completeness or accuracy of the information it contains. You can always verify this information before you act upon it by contacting us or our partners.
